Just like the title says Leg Day is rough. I use to enjoy training legs more as a kid. I am trying to learn to like it again. Right now I’m Squatting less them im pressing, pretty pathetic. I am working on strict form though and depth. They say if you can do nice deep controlled squats, it much more effective than some sloppy knee bends with a ton of weight. The weight will come in time, I’m patient.Gots to build a good set of wheels to roll on!!!

Where did this year go? I mean seriously, just blinked my eyes and the year is almost over. Its true what they say, the older you get the quicker time goes by. Oh well, that’s why you have to make each and every day count. Don’t waste a single day!! Work towards your goals daily. Before you know it your time will be up, and you don’t want to look back and see wasted time that you could have done great things with !! Make every moment of this life count!!

So I had the Opportunity to meet Flex Lewis at the 2011 Iron-man. He was one of the guess posers there. Solid Shredded Muscle!! Had a great time that nite!!

The place I love to go 5 times a week. If I miss a day, it makes that day feel incomplete. Its my place and time where I can hash out the daily trials of life. As a teenager I had an addiction to the iron, but I chose to pursue other addictions as I aged, they weren’t good ones lol. I have now rekindled this flame I had so long ago, this time its here to stay. I’m going to spend the last third of my life pursuing to be strong and healthy. I want to fulfill the purpose that my creator, my lord, my savior put me here for. His purpose not mine. I want my daily actions to reflect Gods goodness. The Iron Sanctuary helps me to set the pace and the right frame of mind for me to achieve the greatness that I was created for.

So last week my routine was rudely interrupted by a bout with the flu. So my training got axed from Wednesday through Sunday. This morning jumped back on the horse and hit it hard.. going to be a good week!!
